7. Keeping Data Secure

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures for ensuring that, by default, only personal data which are necessary for each specific purpose of the processing are processed. The Colony processes Personal Data as a Controller, as defined in the Directive and the GDPR. All data collected by the Colony through forms will be stored exclusively in secure hosting facilities. The Colony has a data processing agreement in place with its provider, ensuring compliance with the Directive. All hosting is performed in accordance with the highest security regulations. All transfers of data internally in the EEA is done in accordance with this data processing agreement.

8. Retention and Deletion of Data

The Colony will not retain data longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations.

9. Acceptance of these conditions

We assume that all Visitors of our website have carefully read this document and agree to its contents. If someone does not agree with this privacy policy, they should refrain from using our website. We reserve the right to change our privacy policy as necessity dictates. Continued use of the website of Colony after having been informed of any such changes to these conditions implies acceptance of the revised privacy policy.
